I dont think the aps check in on regular intervals. I assume if you would have left it on the wrong ip longer the other two would have fallen offline. Why a cloud key and not a unifi router?

Took a bunch of tries for me. Had to move to a dedicated windows computer, was trying on a VM. also had to try a couple different cables.

I dont' think the drive has been written yet. I think they just realeased the API to the e27 a couple weeks ago.

Pretty sure its different in Canada, that you cant sign up as a snapone partner. It is done through Staub electronics. Who also have a hefty buy in fee and annual purchase numbers. Ive put in a handfull of the moen flo's with good results. Have also done an Elk motorized valve that was controlled via a Elk security panel which monitored water sensors. Id recomend the flo as it does flow monitoring as well as well as their leak temperature detectors and has Away/home modes which can be set through the c4 driver. Ryan

I would check the 232 connection. Possible the old dealer never had it working after the upgrade to EA3. I have had a couple RQ bridges die at a job, had to tie two blind together onto one bridge. If you do an all up/down command from c4 can you hear the relays click? Ryan

Got mine to finally work. Had to use a dedicated windows PC. I think the VM was taking to long to grab the usb device. Just an FYI. Ryan

Thanks. ya have tried the unlabeled pinhole a bunch of times. Ive held it for various amounts of time and the screen always goes black and never shows up as a found device. Has anyone not had this procedure work?

Has anyone not had luck getting the TS into loader mode? Its an Inwall. I have tried the holding the reset pin while inserting the USB cable. Ive tried holding the reset pin and hitting the reset pin while the USB in plugged in. The TS stays dark and doesn't show up as a found device in the devtool. Ive tried using the Switch button while the usb is plugged in. It shows "Switch rockusb start" then "Switch rockusb Success" but the touchscreen stays dark and never reloads. The only way i can get it to show in the DevTOol is to reboot or reset the TS. Then it shows as a ADB device. Ive also tried a couple different cables. Not sure what else to try. Im running windows in a VM but have the USB directly connect to windows on plug in. Thanks Ryan

Wondering if anyone has found a way to usb image update to the t3 touchscreen. Its out of warranty and repair window and only 7 years old. Wondering if it is just a doorstop now. I tried the factory reset and it goes right back to no command. Thanks Ryan

I would call control 4 tech support. Assume you have tried the steps listed?
