  1. https://www.blackwiredesigns.com/store/roku-tv-ip/ We release this over a year ago and it keeps getting better over time
  2. Did you identify the tv via drag and drop uuid from connections tab? Which is the driver version? What Control 4 OS are you on? Have you submitted a support ticket with anyone?
  3. The is supported is a property from the Roku that we are pulling if the device supports wWOL. Make sure Reduce power after 15 minutes is also disabled. This is important with WiFi only connection. Turn off room wait that full 15 minutes and then a few more. If the device is unreachable unresponsive then most likely the wireless nic is powering down and you will not b able to use our driver with that particular tv
  4. One other thing to consider is just for good measure. Under settings/power settings/ ensure that auto power saving is off. There are 2 options under this selection. Reduce power after 15 minutes and turn off after 4 hrs. Make sure both are unchecked
  5. Yes our driver will work with this as long as the instructions are followed
  6. There is support for the other Roku driver. We just updated it to mirror the functionality and features we put into the RokuTV driver. However we highly recommend using the proper TV driver.
  7. We have released an all new RokuTV driver which uses a TV proxy. Uses Control4 mini apps and will track and select the appropriate icon and app name on navigator (touchscreen, Android, iOS ect) remotes will only reflect app name. This is a "universal" RokuTV driver. Meaning it works with virtually ALL RokuTVs. Confirmed manufacturers: Sharp Hisense TCL Insignia https://www.blackwiredesigns.com/store/roku-tv-ip/
  8. I believe that's already in our launch pack. If it's not. We will add it in. We are added a few more requested custom channels.
  9. Yes Connections should be as follows: Video end point : fake tv Video Audio endpoint: AVR Video Volume: AVR sources into AVR > AVR OUT to appropriate HDMI input on "ROKU MATRIX" > HDMI OUT of "ROKU MATRIX" to fake tv local sources into "ROKU MATRIX" into appropriate HDMI inputs Optical audio out of "ROKU MATRIX" to appropriate input of AVR. It really is no different than any other setup with the exception of adding a "FAKE TV" to bind the "ROKU MATRIX" to and make the "FAKE TV" the video endpoint
  10. Ok so I just confirmed making video endpoint the fake tv as described in documentation and all other endpoints for the room bound to the avr it will work as you would expect / as it should. Haven't had to reselect anything.
  11. That, I'm unsure of. Let me do some testing and see if I can reproduce. Director should handle the pathing and not so much our driver.
  12. This would be connected as it normally would in composer. Devices connected to AVR, HDMI output from AVR to Roku, optical to AVR, AVR would be video audio endpoints as well as the volume endpoints.
  13. We have gotten down to the bottom of the external inputs bug. We will be releasing an update later today to address this.
  14. Zaphod, Are you the end user or installer. Could you tell me the version number of the driver. This sounds like an issue in a previous version we resolved
  15. Going to the "Roku matrix" is expected behavior. As you are not ever controlling Netflix and such you are always controlling the Roku. So it doesn't "revert back" it goes to where is supposed to. I hope that that makes sense. With controlling your Joey. It should switch to HDMI 2 and control from a remote perfectly fine. As for the now playing screen. Which is what your issue seems to be. This is an issue that ONLY affects iOS devices. This has been brought to Control4's attention on several occasions. And is out of our control. And if you use an SR remote you will have no issues.
  16. Ari, Please submit a ticket within the driver. And we can walk you through what you are doing wrong. Did you follow documentation?
  17. Also to note additional features : find Roku remote function (required that the Roku remote is compatible and been paired) numerics have been mapped. For passwords and pins. For a more natural feel if your using DirecTV Now. The channel up and down buttons on the remote move channels up and down. The little things go a long way...
  18. Yes, it does volume control. Input select, app select, auto room on. Auto source selection. (If you manually turn TV on with Roku remote and select hdmi1 and it is your cable box, when you pick up the Control4 remote it will have selected cable as the source for the room and you will be controlling the cable box)
  19. So far we have had success with tcl, Hisense, insignia brands of RokuTVs. Wifi or hardwired. Anything manufactured 2017 or later supports power commands

  21. Hello, We wrote the IP driver for the RokuTVs. Full IP control power on/off, volume, app selection. Feel free to email us @ drivers@hticustoms.com
  22. We are looking into it. It looks like it is not accessable via our section on Blackwire's website. https://www.blackwiredesigns.com/hti-customs/
