  1. no, that is only partially right. You have a project on a EA now and you upgrade to a NIB core, you will have to subscribe to connect. Connect requirement is about when the hardware was first registered.

  5. No, you don't use a fan switch. That is to control an old school fan. I would personally just use a dummy non-control 4 switch or a keypad something like that.

  9. I’m not sure what you mean…the modern form fan uses WiFi and connects to Control4 natively. You can then control it via any keypad, app, etc….

  15. 100% changes were made since January. That is the major version update.
  16. Version is really platform - there are a lot of updates that occur that are sub-components that don’t increase the platform number
