when I bought my house the owner was a C4 dealer and all he did was just call up and just swap info however the project must remain the same .. but all he really did was just change the email and login info ... -

My dealer updated me from 2.10 to 3.2 witch forced me to loose my 7” in wall screen however I’m now running the app on my iPad mini but I was wondering if C4 did away with dedicated mode within the app like on 2.10

Try rebooting the router and switch and controllers in that order please wait a full 5 min when doing the controllers hope this helps ... Oh dumb question you do have 4sight right ?

Ecobee's are grate they come with 1 remote sensor and you can go to any apple store or best buy and buy extra remote sensors to place in those extra rooms and it coast the same as the nest
