  1. It's the correct version. I feel like it has to do with windows update or something avast is doing. Cannot connect to any director of any system.
  2. Don't know what's going on but yesterday at a clients house my laptop wouldn't connect to the system. C4 tech support could connect fine remotely. I came home and got on my wifi and tried connecting to my control 4 and it gave me the same message. " Cannot connect to director at..." Just so I'm clear, director shows up every time but my work laptop won't connect. Doesn't seem to matter what version of composer. C4 tech ran the security patch through team viewer. My clock on my laptop is the same as the controller. Also I can connect through sys. manager. Director is enabled. I'm stumped.
  3. I have dropped the advanced audio setting of the digital media driver to 48/24 and changed the advanced audio custom delay to 1500ms for the hc250. Going about 2 hours now with no sputtering.
  4. While streaming Pandora my hc250 will start sputtering and skipping after about 40 mins . This is happening following an update to 2.10. My project has an hc800 with coaxial audio for streaming and an hc250 with HDMI for audio for streaming. Both are set to high quality audio. This happens while the hc250 is streaming one stream all by itself. When this happens if I reboot the controller(hc250) the music will play normally again for a period of time. The same thing happens if I turn the room off and turn it back on again. While this controller is sputtering I can go down to the theater and start pandora streaming from the hc800 and it sounds fine. Also this wonderful update cleared ALL my bindings from my marantz 6011. If you clicked on a device it would show you what input it was bound to but then when you clicked on the Marantz it showed nothing connected to it. Easy enough to fix but annoying. I've never had that happen when after an update.
