  1. What can I google to educate myself further on this topic? I looked at the documentation on the driver and I am still at a loss. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. I want to use a control4 keypad to trigger scenes in a MA Lighting console. I have done this via a Crestron system with telnet strings. Is there a way to spit out telnet in control4? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. It appears that the mdu server will do what I want to do. I don’t really see any comprehensive mdu capabilities anywhere in the dealer site though. Am I missing it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I reposted because I figured no one saw it. I will look into the mdu Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. We live in a multi unit building with a roof deck. The whole house and parts of the building are C4 but all on the owners vlan. Our tenants have a separate vlan for their WiFi and internet access. Here is the issue. I would like to give them access to only the roof deck zone part of our system. I have a separate controller with contact closures in mind to bridge the two systems but I am interested to see what you all think. My plan is one closure to turn on the zone, one for volume up, and one for volume down. I don’t think c4 access control will work but I have not played with it too much. 6. Could this device be used to control a magnetic load that is not compatible with the c4 dimmers? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  8. True. Depends on the whole scope of project Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. This is the best way. Each end point is independant so your lowest quality tv will not bring the whole matrix down to its level. You can also start small and add one at a time. https://www.snapav.com/shop/en/snapav/search/media-over-ip Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Solved - once I inverted the sensor in C4 things work perfectly!
  12. I am not worried about false positives. I can adjust all of that thus my desire to use a camera as a motion detector. At the moment I am not getting any motion notifications at all. That is my main question. Camera is working via c4. Motion output is connected to a generic motion sensor driver. upon motion send me an email is the programming for now. I can click execute and get the email but the motion trigger is not working. Has anyone done this with this type of camera? What setting am I missing.
  13. Has anyone setup these cameras a motion detectors within c4? I have it all working but I am not getting motion triggers passed from the camera to the dummy motion detector to the programming. I know the reaction programming is good but I wonder if I don't have the camera configured properly.
  14. Actually its not exactly the setup. I have a voice scene called "Turn on Bob Seger". that does " Select the channel "3457796243616773198 - Bob Seger & The Silver Bullet Band Radio"in Media Room "
  15. I have mine set to run a macro. “Alexa turn on bob Seeger”. This turns on the media room and selects my pandora channel. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
