Hi all, I have a EA5 controller which was working fine uptil yesterday. This morning it went off network and has stopped responding to the commands. I have tried to do the network reset but it is not working. Hard reset didn't work either. I have already switched the network cable but no luck. It is out of warranty now since it is 3 years old. Any suggestions on to how to fix it? Thanks in advance for your help

rogerave4u I have tried to connect the line to the Aux switch coming from APD switch but then it doesn’t do anything Not even turns it off. Even though it made sense to what you said about the switch not getting power but I thought traveler wire does that Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk This is what I followed

It does share the same neutral.

About 98' is the distance between the two switches.

It is wired properly. and it is switching the lights off but doesn't turn them on. The APD switch works fine though. Thank you

Hello all, I am trying to connect C-KA auxillary switch in a 3 way system. On the other end with line and load i have a APD-120 switch. Box 1 APD-120 (which is working) has: Neutral connected Ground connected Line connected Traveller(red) connected Load ( Black wire from other box) is connected Box 2 Aux-KA keypad: Traveller-red, connected this to the yellow wire of the auxillary switch, Ground and neutral connected Aux keypad- kA don't have (line)power so connected the black from the box where the APD switch is and load black. I know this sounds confusing; I can draw if needed. I have not been able to make the auxiliary keypad work, any suggestions please. Thanks in advance

Hello all, I have IO input extender version 1 which has been making clicking sound. Not detected on the network and I have tried to reset the unit but it is not doing much. Tried to press link button but again no luck. The lights are pink and blue but LAN lights are not turning on. Can someone kindly help me with this. Thanks in advance

My Current version after the update is 257 which I think is the latest version. I am able to login to webGUI. I am at loss of ideas at this time.

Hello everyone, I have DS2 door station. Since last week it has stopped working. I can still get intercom alert but there is no door bell sound. When i use the programmer and do the test, the door bell sound plays through the speaker but when the actual button is pressed there is no sound. Any suggestions? Hi all, I have DS2 installed as front door bell. Every time some rings the door bell the signal from family room TV goes away. The remote shows EA5. The only way to go back is if i pick what i was watching again. Can someone please guide me? Thank you

Hi all, I have a Control4 SW1-z switch which i have been trying to add. This is a old model but never been used. I have connected the switch and have been trying to add to the project but despite me pressing the button 4 times it is not populating in the driver ( zigbee network connections). I have already tried to remove 13-4-13 to remove the previous network ( just to be safe) but still no luck. Any suggestions please? Thanks in advance
