I am struggling to do this. I hold in the ID button apply power but it still goes through the same cycle on the lights: power>link>power>link>data>wifi>power. the power linbk and data lights never light up together. if i stop pressing the ID button after data it goes back to the power light only

Many thanks. I will give that a go. This might be a silly question: does this reset the network settings to receive a new DHCP address from the router or reset it to say 192.x. I have a 10.x network.

I have had to swap out my router (Apple) and switch (Cisco) this week for Unifi router and switch. The IP settings are all the same & the HC-800 was on a static IP on the device I believe. But I dont quite understand why it wont come back online. Its hard wired into the switch and everything else is ok the network. The HC-800 boots up, displays LINK, and then tries WIFI and then just displays the blue power light. The device doesnt show up any network scanner. Any help greatly appreciated.

One question I am confused on here, my apologies. If I have an Amazon Fire TV connected to a 4x4 matrix i.e. serving 4 rooms ..... I run the Plex Server on my NAS and the Plex app on Amazon Fire .... but I need 4 drivers to allow C4 to access it in room 1,2,3,4 ?
