  1. What kind of phone do you have? I had the same problem and fixed my notifications by adding text in the subject line. It only fixed the notifications issue on an apple phone. In the process of troubleshooting I deleted my phone (Android) from the devices tab on control4.com and after reinstalling the app and signing in, my phone is no longer list as a device on my notifications tab. Just wondering the details of your issue and seeing how it compares to mine. Thanks

We have a driveway alarm that sends us (my wife on IOS, and I on android Galaxy S20+ android ver. 12) a notification if a car enters the driveway, as well as turns on the outside lights and if the TV is on turns on the cameras. We noticed on 2/11/22 that the notification stop working, but the system was still getting the status change as the TV and lights were still working correctly. I did get the IOS phone to start working (I had to add text in the subject in the push notification agent in my HE composer). Know my system needs to be updated as I'm still on 2.10.2. I also noticed that after uninstalling the app and reinstalling the c4 app on my phone, my phone no longer listed on my control4.com account under My Automation>Notifications>Devices. Has anyone noticed issues with android and getting notifications? I'm still using the 2.10.11.3 control4 app. Thanks in Advance, Wes
  3. Update. I emailed their support team and they have helped a ton. They asked for some logs from the app and asked a few questions. Turns out to correct this problem I may have to upgrade to OS 3. Not sure the issue behind it all but they sent me a beta app for OS 2 and it seamed to work correctly. A+ for c4 app developers.
  4. Well I've have contacted c4 now for the second time. Well see if they actually respond this time. I hope they don't let me down.
  5. I'm an essential employee that works for an electric utility company. Yes, business as normal.
  6. Not sure how to reset the app. But in the past I did delete it and reinstall. I also just now deleted my system (on the app) then added it again and login.
  7. I recently got a new phone, Samsung s20 and my notifications are not coming through. I have made sure that on my online account my new phone has been added/updated. I also know that the notifications are being sent because another phone on the account is getting them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks
