I had that exact issue. It works perfectly fine on Android and on the touch screens in the home. However on Apple devices images from the cameras would not load or they would load halfway on the thumbnails and then wouldn't load once you go to the full image. I had to call tech support. Tech Support told me that they needed to send it to the engineers. it took about three weeks and they got it repaired. They also said that most of the reasons causing that issue or fixed in firmware 2. 10. 6. So if you haven't upgraded I would try that first. Sent from my SM-N960U using Tapatalk

Thank you GregC! That worked perfectly. Pounce yours worked as well but it brought up a menu where I had to click in order to view the cameras.

Can anyone tell me the app address for the app TinyCam Pro on Nvidia Shield? I am trying to program it to a custom mini app. Thank you in advance.
