OLED 65 4k

Announcements always worked fine in OS2. Since Os3, I am unable to add any rooms for the announcement to play in. I can load the wav files fine, but when I go to add any room, I get a dialogue box saying there are no rooms with audio endpoints set. They are set. I have gone through the KB article regarding SMB. Everything was ok there. I then reflashed the EA3 controller. Still get the same dialogue box. Has anyone had this issue? Thanks
