  1. This problem has been resolved and it was embarrassingly simple. Uninstall the Control4 App and Adobe Air, then reinstall. Everything works fine now. Thanks to everyone for their responses.

  3. Yes, to all of the above. I have the app running on my laptop, the only differences are the laptop is Windows 10 and on a wired network. I've been looking for the app's config file hoping I could copy it to the tablet so maybe I could at least get past the logon screen. No luck with that... Thanks for your response
  4. I have a Windows 8.1 tablet and am trying to use Control4 for PC on it. I enter the email and password press enter and it doesn't do anything. I'm not sure where to go with this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob
