  1. Sorry for the delay but I just got back to this restaurant problem. I've set it up both static IP and reserved IP using the mac address and they still only power on. At this same location I have two 2017 UN55MU6300 TV models IP controlled and they work fine. Today C4 support mentioned the SDDP problem which would explain why the two 2018 UN65NU7100 TV don't show up under the Discover tab but the older TV's do. C4 also mentioned that they are working on a new driver but have no ETA. So its either the TV firmware or the IP driver......and we wait. Thanks again for the input.
  2. According to C4 support, once the power ON command is sent to the TV the EA1 waits for a confirmation from the TV that it received the ON command. If the EA1 doesn't receive a confirmation it will not send any other codes. No OFF, MENU ect..
  3. Hi all. Installed the two new Samsung UN65NU7100 series TVs today and the IP driver only powers the TV on. The TV receives the power ON command, powers on but never sends a replay back to the EA1. So the EA1 just sits waiting for a responce. I used the same IP the works on the 2017 MU series TVs but no luck. C4 support didn't know if a new driver was being created or not. Anyone else see this yet?
  4. Well the project turned into a 6 month remodel so I just got to the Mr Steam today. I added a generic relay driver to the project, renamed it Mr Steam, connected it to a relay on the EA-5 set it to toggle type and it worked perfect. Feed back and everything in the C4 app. Well the Mr Steam support guy called back and this isn't a correct way to set it up and it will kill the $400 Homewizard interface. This is from the manual: "The signal from the Home Automation system must be a momentary contact closure to turn the Steam Generator ON or OFF. A sustained contact closure or voltage will damage the Home Wizard." If I'm correct, toggle type would be a "sustained contact". So I switched the driver to pulse type and it works but there is no feed back.... the app just shows that it forever off. So is there any way in C4 to setup a momentary contact closure and have feed back?
  5. Great to hear their support is helpful. I'll keep you updated.
  6. Wow thanks for all the input eggslot! You really saved me a bunch of research time. Client seems to be into Mr Steam so I'll play with the on/off functions you mentioned and hope iStream 3.0 will bring about some new functions. Thanks again.
  7. My client is adding a steam room to his house and the only driver I can find is by houselogix for the Steamist brand. Anyone have any experience with Mr Steam or Thermasol products? Thanks.
