    Randomly today (or could have started last couple of days) door lock notifications are very different and don’t show the specific door. We did have batteries die on back door lock so maybe something got reset. Any insight as to why our lock notifications are very generic (and opposite what they should be, I.e. notifies locked when unlocked, etc). Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    All fixed now as most cameras got switched to the /me stream somehow. One other ask, I’ve never received camera notifications, whether snapshot or video, via Control4. Get Snapshot URL test passes but the MJPEG and Video do not. When I test the push notification it comes through my phone with snapshot perfectly. But when normal activist occurs I do not get the push notification through the C4 app, only Hik-vision. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Could anyone provide help as to why viewing our cameras through this driver and in C4 app are extremely pixelated but in the Hik-Connect app everything is great. Anything I can look at tweaking in Composer HE to fix? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Is anyone else experiencing very slow Kasa driver functions? When turning a light on or off it takes a good 20 seconds to complete. Seemed to start several months ago I just really didn’t think much of it as most lights are automated anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    How did this driver work for you? We’re currently using the Xfinity for our Cox contour and the smaller box has a few buttons that won’t program like the “back” button. Works fine on the main DVR box though. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    This is not an IR placement issue. Every button works as expected except the PREV (or RECALL) button. Also not remote hardware issue as both our 260 and Halo behave this way as well as the C4 iOS app. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Our living room cable box (Cox) programming button for “last” or “previous channel” works maybe 5% of the time. I swear it worked well at some point but all of sudden it hasn’t done over a year. Our media room has the Cox DVR and it works just fine. Any idea or help as to why the one button works very infrequently? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    It’s definitely wired and there is what appears to be some sore of metal spring or wire in the hole. Maybe it’s been smashed as well but it does work when I move it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    My local dealer is closed today and this isn’t urgent, so asking here. We have a concord4 alarm integrated with wired recessed door sensors. I just noticed our front door sensor is missing from the door jam. What’s interesting is there’s not the typical magnetic end on the door itself so this appears to be a single piece or possibly some sort of spring sensor that must have broken or got pulled out. I can see in the door jam hole there appears to be a small piece of metal and if I move it with a small screwdriver it triggers the door open / close. When I did this I also noticed some small crushed glass inside the hole so clearly it got smashed. Anyone know what piece this might be considering it’s not the typical two piece magnetic contact sensor? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Question while on this topic: will it work with Cox as well? I currently have the Xfinity driver (I think as it has that icon) to control my Cox boxes. From what I think I understand Cox uses the same stuff as Xfinity and our Cox remotes do have voice control. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
