  1. Not to hijack, but what’s the best service (tidal, deezer, Spotify, etc) from an Alexa, C4, and user experience perspective? I’m currently on 2.9.1, and not sure when I will move to 2.10. Thx. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  3. Any other opinions on Synology vs Blue Iris? Seems like Blue Iris requires a beefier machine relative to Synology. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Dave - can you provide more details on how you setup the Global Cache unit and how it is working for you? Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. For the contacts and relays, all of my sensors and relays are wireless. I guess the ones on board are good if the sensor/relay can be placed in close proximity to the controller. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I’m currently not using any of the contacts or relays available in the HC800. What are others using those for? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Any reason to not use xfinity or it’s wireless boxes? Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. I need to buy a controller for my master bedroom and am planning to get an EA-1. I currently have an HC800 in my main den, and an HC250 in my theater. I’m looking for the pros or benefits (doubt there are many cons, but interested in those as well) of upgrading the Den HC800 to an EA-3, and theater HC250 to an EA-1 so all of my controllers are EA controllers. Thanks! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Kwikset programming "How do I's"

Yes. Both have keypads. I’m wondering if it’s something in the way the driver was added. I’ve sent a note to my dealer to see if he has any insight. Thanks for the help. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Kwikset programming "How do I's"

I just had a Kwikset and a Baldwin lock added to my project and I can lock and unlock them from the app, but I am not seeing where I can set user codes in the app in in Composer HE. I don't see any place in the properties section of the driver under the Monitoring section. Am I looking in the right place? Also, I don't see where in programming I can do actions based on specific user codes. Any help appreciated!

    Insteon v2 Driver Released

Thanks. Also, a few more pieces of info - I am running OS 2.9.1, using an iPhone X on iOS 12.1.1 and using the latest C4 iPhone app. The same issue exists when I use the Control4 for PC-Mac application, but when I use Composer HE to control those newer dimmers, they dim perfectly every time. I'm not sure how to generate the HEX code you mentioned, but the Lua Output window for a dimmer that isn't responding from the iOS app is: Function: ReceivedFromProxy (5001, RAMP_TO_LEVEL): dimmer ExecuteCommand function called with : LIGHT_LEVEL Function: SendToProxy (5001, LIGHT_LEVEL): Function: SendToProxy (302, MATCH_LED_STATE): Function: SendToProxy (1, RAMP_TO_LEVEL): Function: SendToProxy (300, MATCH_LED_STATE): Function: SendToProxy (301, MATCH_LED_STATE): dimmer ExecuteCommand function called with : EXTENDED_GET Thanks for all the help.
