wizz
I updated MyHome app before making a backup apk. It there anyone out there that has an old version? Before version 2.5.0.210465. I'm looking for a version before they required you to have a user name and password just to add a controller. Thanks
carnevale
I think that they obligate you to have one email/password in my.control4.com ....If you don't have, you can't use ... This is the new way ... They just forget people with old controllers and with no 4Sight licenses...
wizz
What I'm trying to do is replace an Android device.I have an old "legacy licence". That is what the MyHome app is reporting from a 2nd device.
Cyknight
Wouldn't matter if license is legacy or not - up untill June 1st I only had legacy licenses for ipod and ipad and my new (iOS) devices identified just fine using the new method. It would still identify as such - best bet is to delete the driver in the system for the device you want to replace, then identify using my.control4 credentials. As far as I know though these older licenses will not allow android devices still - but I could be wrong.Legacy in the app on the old one just means it's identified the old way by the way. Not that the license is the pre-MyHome style.Note that 4sight is NOT at all required to have iOS or android devices.
