billb Posted February 9, 2014 Share Posted February 9, 2014 After my dealer installed an HC-250 and made it the director he converted the software on the system from 1.7.4 to 2.5.2 . Now scanning media only located about 50% of the audio files located on the HC-500. The dealer said 2.5.2 requires all files to be in the same directory without sub folders. I moved all audio album folders under Audio folder directly, eliminating the Artist sub folders. Now scan sees more files but still fails at about 70%. Anyone know what is wrong?
