Control 4 sound issues? Please help!!

I've got a hc300 with a caa66 amp and control four multi turner. All of a sudden the system doesn't admit any sound from any of the speakers located in the house with either the television or radio. I've tried rebooting the entire system with out any luck. Any ideas? Anyone?

You'll need to do some debugging:

 

Does the Amp (and source) turn on when you select an appropriate source from the C4 interface?

Is there sound when you manually turn the amp (and source) on.

 

I would first of all take C4 out of the equation and simply confirm the amp is connected correctly and working.

Try this with the TV first, as I'd assume sound for the TV is not passing through any C4 device.

I have a couple C4-TSMC7-EN-BL's in my project.

I seem to have a problem with one of them

The Intercom function works fine you can talk to somebody who is using iit also rings when you are on the receiving end when you have an incoming call.

Problem is that you do not hear the door bell ring on one particular unit is like it is muted but it is not and then once you except call from the door station the audio works fine.

It is a strange one.

Is there something that was missed in the programming and not associated properly?

Any ideas.
