samsong Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Hi All, I have my HC800 HDMI output connected into a 4x4 matrix so I can get the c4 interface on multiple displays through the house.For some reason I can only navigate in the interface in 1 of my rooms. On other rooms I can only get the interface to pop up but cant navigate in it.Anyone know what im missing ? I guess its somewhere in my programming or in my system design/connections. But I can get control from theater room.I have it programmed that when the CONTROL4 button is pressed, select video source HC800...is that correct ? mstafford388 Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 no you don't need to do that. you just need to make the HDMI connections then you should see the HC800 as an available video source. If you have that controller set as the navigator for all of those rooms control4 is smart enough to automatically pull up the navigator screen when you hit that red 4.
