TEKSTEIN
I'm not sure on composer. I have a 3.5mm plug in the line level out plug into the receiver. I'm trying to get sonos or tune in to play.
Matt Lowe
Is there an hdmi connected to the receiver from the controller? Which zone are you trying to Play from? What receiver.
Matt Lowe
if you added this cable after the original installation you would have to make the connection in composer, and depending on how it is connected and to what you may have to go further. pm sent
TEKSTEIN
Yes. The bedroom hc250 is connected to a sonos system. I'm trying to get sound to a zone 2 in the living room system (which also has a hc 250 hooked up with hdmi and the level line 3.5 plug into the receiver). Matt Lowe
Yes i expected as much. In composer you will need to strip the audio out of the HDMI or use component connection. since hdmi is the highest quality Director is sending all audio through the hdmi which you zone 2 can't convert. Simple enough if you have pro
