pmat2112 Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 I have a HC800 and the remote and apps will work when first turned on but after very short time, the only control that works is the ATT Uverse remote functions. I can turn it off too but all other controls are not functioning. Does anyone else experience this or is anyone aware of fixes for this type of problem? I have a week wifi signal and have purchased new router. Can you change wifi settings on your own or does a Rep need to come and reprogram the system? Matt Lowe Posted August 31, 2014 Share Posted August 31, 2014 generally you want a direct connection. this may be causing the issues you are experiencing. Are you using a dedicated remote or using the mobile app. You do not need a dealer in the home physically if you set the security and name to the same thing. otherwise myself and several other dealers would be willing to help remotely!
