jduvall73 Posted December 14, 2014 Share Posted December 14, 2014 I just upgraded my house from a 1000 and 500 to an 800. Already had a 250. So in all I have a 800, 250, 300, 200 and a C4 amplifier. These are scattered through the house controlling 3 different rooms. Also have a 5" and 10" touchscreens. I woke up yesterday unable to log on to anything! Phones, controllers, touchscreens and even my HE edition. My 800 is only showing power on the front. I unplugged it for 30 minutes and re plugged to reboot. The link light flashed for about 30 seconds then off. IP scans show the 250 and 800. What the hell is going on with my new HC-800? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If so, and it hasn't been updated to the latest version 8.0.2, clear the queue in your sonos playlist via the sonos App. If you do not have Sonos, I am not sure what it might be. Have your dealer contact Control4.We had a corrupt packet on the 800 that kept everything from working well, they logged in remotely. Took a bit, but it was not a bad 800! Thanks C4 tech support.!!
