neil12011
the weatherbug driver in 1.6 will hopefully negate having to use web images of weather forcasts, and allow you to get a forcast whenever you want.

henniae
Weatherbug is a new driver that was written for version 1.6 system software. Weatherbug was written as an example of what can be done with t he new DriverWorks API in version 1.6. Weatherbug retrieves weather info from www.weatherbug.com and displays that info as a announcement message.
str1der
Any help on getting this to work? I tried to follow the documentation about setting the hostname under connections/network but I don't see any way to do that.

The one I'm using is specific to Raleigh, NC. Most cities will publish an image like that which is updated daily. Essentially, you are just displaying the .jpg image instead of a .jpg from a Webcam. Some local NC samples:http://wwwcache.wral.com/asset/weather/2008/04/22/2774561/forecast_7day_wral_raleigh-300x225.jpghttp://abclocal.go.com/three/wtvd/weather/wsi/7day.jpg
fschaeffer
Brad, I'm new to C4 and have recently setup a small and simple C4 system with my local dealer.Where can you actually see theses IP camera Pics? I assume at the Navegator window on your TV and MiniTouch, correct?Anywhere else, like the Web navigator?thanks
Brad_The_Lucky
You can view the cameras:-via your TV's if the TV's can display the C4 Interface-via C4 touchscreens-over the Internet on 4sight-on an iPhone via the ControlUI app (if you are in your house)I haven't done anything fancy - I believe you can have the camera view pop-up on your TV during specific events (e.g. doorbell ringing)
