insideout Posted March 3, 2015 Share Posted March 3, 2015 Just thought I would let everyone know of a problem that occurs with the Heatmiser neo system and the C4 driver, We had a system with 25 stats linked to C4, we had a call from the customer saying the navigators were giving temp feedback but not sending commands from C4, they did not they could send commands from the Heatmiser App. The customer was correct it was receiving feedback of temperature but would not issue heating commands. We checked the heat miser app and would send commands fine. We then noticed on the heat miser app that one of the stats (different room to we tried to control) kept coming on & off line, we looked at the stat and it would be coming on & off. We deleted the stat form the C4 project and refreshed but still had the same issue. We then deleted the faulty zone direct from the heatmiser app, re added the Heatmiser neo network driver on C4 and re made connections.
