South Africa C4 user Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 When I choose a movie (using my C4 remote) in one of my rooms, it activates the wrong source on the TV. It activates a MacMini instead of a Dune... In the other 2 rooms where I have TVs, work perfectly, relevant Dune is chosen and movie starts to play. Any ideas on how to fix this? Cyknight Posted October 3, 2015 Share Posted October 3, 2015 Mhh - my guess is that the system/driver is set as a media proxy driver - this means the system is assuming the MacMini is capable of receiving the command to play a movie.I'm also guessing the MacMini is local only - which would explain why the rest is working, as well as why it's taking preference for the system.Only thing you can really do is change to a different driver (ie a dvd based driver). This one is definitely above my pay grade so I will be calling my dealer :-)I guess I can probably prove your point by turning off the Mac mini and trying to play a movie then?
