ILoveC4
I have to replace two WattBox units. I'm replacing 2 of the IP Controlled units where 8 of the 12 outlets were controllable, with ones where all 12 of the outlets are controllable. Here's my question: I've got a TON of programming, bindings, etc...around all 16 of those controllable ports. Is it possible for me to "swap" the driver of the old unit with the driver of the new unit and not lose all the programming I have in place? I can't imagine trying to recreate all the programming... Thanks in advance. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ILoveC4
As I'm sitting here thinking about it, I'm realizing most of the programming may be around the relays that are bound to the WattBox. I can stomach having to re-bind the relays...if that's all that is required. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Matt Lowe
if the generic relays are programmed you should be set. With intensive programming like this I encourage using macros as it is easy to trigger from several items and makes changing out gear less of a hassle. ILoveC4
Yeah, I use macros extensively. Honestly I can't remember how I set this up - I just know I'm not looking forward to it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
ILoveC4
I just renamed the driver to match the old drivers and used the "upgrade driver" option. Pretty painless. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Adidaswood
Is there a new Driver for these new units? The new ones have all 12 as controllable but the only driver i see is based on the old unit where only 8 are controllable.
Cyknight
Drivers are on their website, go to the unit required, and look under 'support'. No need to have dealer login to get the drivers.
thedriverslab
The drivers are also available through our partner site. Hope this makes it a little easier to find. http://homeation.com/category/Home
