4 Sight Connectivity Issues

When trying to connect remotely with my iPhone through 4sight the blue progress bar loads up but I don't get connected to my system. This happens on my wife iPhone as well. My dealer said he connects without a problem. I tried rebooting my phone with no luck then I deleted the system on my IPhone and signed back on with no luck. I then deleted the C4 app and downloaded a new app with no luck. Then I rebooted the C4 system through my wattbox with no luck. Any ideas. Up to now the 4sight has been  pretty flawless.

Some carriers change IP's constantly, and will result in long load times, or no connection at all.  Try turning on "Frequent IP Address Change" in the C4 app.

-  Launch the app, even if it does not connect, tap settings.

- Tap preferences at the bottom

- Tap Advanced, then turn on Frequent IP Address change

I've seen this work on carriers such as T-mobile, and smaller carriers.

Derrick, Thanks so much. Your explanation was perfect. I did exactly what you said and it worked. And yes we do have T-Mobile. Thanks again
