Control-IT
There isn't a driver in the list for this TV or even anything close with an "N" in the model. Any ideas or do I just choose a random IR driver? I was hoping for IP control since it has network port. Thanks
VINCELdUB
Most ir drivers will work for sure. As for up control, I have had success using different or mismatched model numbers. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Gix656
Installed an LC-75N8000 the other day and none of the IR drivers I tried worked. Ended up making my own for now. No discrete codes.
NYG140
I have the same issue. I was able to make a basic driver for Control but how do I select inputs? The Sharp remote does not have discrete IR codes for each input. How do I trigger a switch from HDMI 1 on the TV to HDMI 2? If I just use the non-discrete toggle, how can I get it to land where I want?
VINCELdUB
In driver editor you can select how an input is picked. You tell it how many inputs be what order they are in. Then it will "track" what input it is on. It will then press the input button as many times as it needs to to cycle to the desired input. Happy Automating! VINCELdUB
Sorry. Was thinking of Harmony remote software. You can still accomplish this. You have an input toggle button? Is here a button that will cause it to go to the tv tuner? Like press 3 enter and it will go to channel three even if you are on the HDMI input? If so, then a macro for each input could be created.
