Unickow
Hi folks we've just installed an EA3 and I'm eager to learn how to get this to work with Apple's Homekit so Siri can take over. I'm actually quite surprised it doesn't have a clear path. This fellow seems to have the answer, but I'm wondering if someone will post a"how to" set this up. thecodeman
It's possible they were using the siri proxy on their system, which doesn't appear to work anymore. However in that same thread someone linked this blog post here, which has a lot of work involved to set it up and may or may not still work. You'll need the help of a dealer to get some of it going with Composer Pro and then you can program the rest. https://c4drivers.wordpress.com/2015/10/28/homekit-for-control4/ A more turnkey solution is Voicepod, although they don't use Siri. http://www.voicepod.com/
Dave w
Plenty of Alexa solutions. Alexa is more intelligent and responsive then Siri anyway.
