Pearson Posted December 11, 2016 Share Posted December 11, 2016 This week we had Control4 set up in our new house. Cable, sound, pandora, alarm system - everything was working fine. Today we went to turn it on and the C4 button on the remote won't work, we can't get volume or apps to work, or even the turn off button - only cable. Have tried unplugging everything and restarting, no change. Wireless is strong. Receiver has to be turned on manually. Picture quality on TV isn't as good. Any ideas on what happened? We have a call into provider but won't get help until after the weekend and so frustrated as this system is brand new! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Pearson Posted December 11, 2016 Author Share Posted December 11, 2016 I can access cable thru xfinity box and control using control 4 remote thru the "watch" button. But nothing else works. Pearson Posted December 11, 2016 Author Share Posted December 11, 2016 We've contacted them but doesn't look like they can get out for awhile.
