christophers
(tagging @annex⁴) installed the webOS IP driver (awesome driver btw, super impressed at using proper WOL magic packet instead of simple IP commands!). i'm having issues launching Plex from a cold start (tv fully off). i can choose watch > hulu (hulu is webos app input 2 and connected to the control input) and the TV will turn on and Hulu will start, but the same is not true for plex. if i choose watch > plex (proper connections are made) then the TV turns on, starts at HDMI 2 but never kicks into plex (even though it's downloaded and working otherwise). any ideas? i've done the following: - updated the TV - ensured the drivers were updated - recreated bindings - changed tv on/off delay to 5sec

TexasUser
What LG TV do you have Chris?
christophers
55B6P. it works well now, seemed to take a few minutes to "sync up" when i first got it configured. another key: "magic packet" for turning on the TV uses the MAC address (it's a layer 2 function) while all controls of the TV are are layer 3 (IP), so make sure your IP hasn't changed if you're having issues
Matt Lowe
also check all your settings haven't changed and that the tv has the latest firmware and drivers.
