Sigmac Posted May 24, 2017 Share Posted May 24, 2017 Hi everyone, We are facing this weird issue with Control4 8Ch Relay Module, while controlling a 4-wired Curtain Motor. The same curtain motor is working perfectly fine when connected to an old 8Ch Relay installed at our showroom. But when it is connected to a recently shipped 8Ch Relay - single relay gives both UP & DOWN command after a while. We have tried two different brands of motors. But same thing persists. Probably there are some changes in new firmware or hardware of 8ch relay. Anyone else facing this? Any help will be appreciated. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Can you share a rough schematics if possible wire the relay 1 NO goes to COM of relay 2 which means that relay 2 can ever only fire if relay 1 is not driving the motor.
