Rob Brun
I have a Windows 8.1 tablet and am trying to use Control4 for PC on it. I enter the email and password press enter and it doesn't do anything. I'm not sure where to go with this so any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Rob
msgreenf
Is your tablet and Control4 system on the same network? Do you have most recent flash and air? Is version of app same as version of control4 you are running? Sent from my STV100-1 using Tapatalk
Rob Brun
Yes, to all of the above. I have the app running on my laptop, the only differences are the laptop is Windows 10 and on a wired network. I've been looking for the app's config file hoping I could copy it to the tablet so maybe I could at least get past the logon screen. No luck with that... Thanks for your response

Thanks for your response you can't copy the config as it's a serialized encrypted file in Air. Try doing the following: Select: “Windows Start Button”. Type in search field: %appdata% Go to: Adobe > AIR > ELS Delete: MyHome folder Remove the Local Store Directory: Select: “Windows Start Button” Type in search field: %appdata% Delete: MyHome PC folder
Rob Brun
Still no luck, it just pops right back to the logon screen. Thanks
Rob Brun
This problem has been resolved and it was embarrassingly simple. Uninstall the Control4 App and Adobe Air, then reinstall. Everything works fine now. Thanks to everyone for their responses.
