Sonos Connect Amp

I know the Sonos Connect allows a zone to stream amazon prime music, but does the connect amp do the same thing? I swapped out two connects for connect amps so I could tie in ceiling speakers with playbars and subs.. My integrator hasn't made it back out yet to set it up, but I'm wondering if I just lost my ability to stream amazon music without using airplay?

all sonos products allow the same music services
