penn65000
Installed over 100 C4 light swtiches. Love them but I had a loop "nub" break -- i.e. the plastic nub on the black plastic part which goes into the plastic loop on the key cover. Do I have to replace the whole switch? This is a new multi-button wireless.
msgreenf
You can get a color change kit of the same color which should fix it. Contact your dealer Sent from my Nexus 6P using Tapatalk
penn65000
Don't the color change kits come with buttons only? What is needed is the black "frame" that the buttons clip on to.
penn65000
Anyone else have ideas? Don't thunk color change kit includes the black plastic frame.

C4 User
The black frame comes with the switch plate, in one-gang or multi-gang format depending on how many switches you have in the wall box. Just order a new switch plate.
Derrick Cain
I think you're talking about the small black nub the loop on the rocker attaches to. You can PM me with a picture just to be sure. That may be part of the switch itself, PM me some more info on it and I'm sure I can help.

Jfizzle
This happened to me but it was the plastic loop on either side of the rocker cover. It was in the master bathroom so I got creative with fixing it...
Derrick Cain
If you're having issues with rockers/buttons (tabs breaking, engraving issues), you can PM myself or contact your dealer and they are replaced under warranty.
