Number of licenses/devices per account?

HI everyone

This may be a dumb question but I couldn't find a definitive answer.  How many licenses/devices am I allotted for my control4 account/system?  I ask because I noticed that my android device keeps getting booted off the system and tell me that it's not recognized.   I think licenses = number of devices that can be used to connect to and control the system?

Depends on your account and what license you have.

 

Old licensing scheme was per device or per site (50 devices).

Any newer controller comes with the site license (50).

the new license is technically unlimited.

 

what is your wifi setup like? also some android devices will stop background traffic on the app so when you open it again it will force cause it to disconnect and you will have to reconnect again.
