I signed a purchase agreement to buy this house 3 months ago, closed on it 2 months ago, and it's almost ready to live in. Since the builder already had his plans and what he was planning to do, the real work didn't start until afterwards. Since all the permits had been filed, nothing could begin until after the closing, like tearing down a brick wall, running a 2 inch gas line for the pool heater and firepit, ripping apart the sheetrock for all the wiring from 3 racks full of equipment, etc. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
