I'm looking at using Rako for the lighting and then integrate with C4. I'm looking for as much C4 equip as possible and any advice is welcomed. At this stage still building up knowledge on what exactly I need. So far I'm thinking 1x EA5 4x EA1 (to run C4 on 4 TVs) with 4 remotes Network set up? 3x wall monitors Music matrix 8 zones (to play music to speakers in the ceilings of each room) AV distribution Door Entry Camera & Intercom 4 Camera CCTV with recorder Look forward to hearing from you. Are you in contact with a local Control4 dealer? You will not be able to set up/program the Control4 system even if you have equipment. Your dealer will most likely not want to touch anything used as there is no guarantee any of it will work and that could potentially waste a lot of everyone's time and money. SMHarman Posted September 20, 2017 Share Posted September 20, 2017 Also if you are installing a video matrix then you can share the OSD over the matrix cuttung down the EA1 count. I would not share the OSD via a matrix, in fact i'm pretty sure there is a KB article about not doing that.
