Would love to hear from any dealers/integrators here if they've been in contact with C4 for their local clients/customers about this issue. Can you right click on the driver and check info to see which version you have? The most current version is 116, with a modified date of 11/15/2017. If you are not on this version, I would have your dealer update the driver. If that does not work, I would have them check to confirm the bindings. pinkoos - Sonos is doing updates and killing integration with the old drivers, so there are all kinds of problems going on there. I am not familiar with your system, but it is possible that you are configured to use TuneIn through Sonos instead of the controller because TuneIn is an available source on Sonos.
