Mabarbie1 Posted September 7, 2018 Share Posted September 7, 2018 I am on 10.2.4, and have a Balwin lock, with driver version 23. In a previous install, we had a number of Kwikset locks and had no issues, but in this house, the lock never seems to operate properly. It will accept commands from the mobile app - lock/unlock, etc. But often seems to lose User configuration data at random. The driver panel/zigbee panel reports that the lock is on firmware 1.04.16 - but the driver documentation states that the driver requires firmware v.1.05. It has been installed for weeks, with brand new batteries - and the firmware has never updated. When executing commands from the driver window, often the response is "Unknown response from lock", and many of the Lua Actions generate no response at all. It this an issue with the card and needs to be RMA? Or is the a way to update the firmware on the lock and troubleshoot from there? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
