ronlonnborg
I recently purchased a HC800. I have the HC250 as my Director and trying to add a SR250 remote. Current version is 2.10.4. The HC250 is the ZigBee Server and the HC800 is the Coordinator. It will not identify the SR250 remote. Have reset the remote with install battery with 4Button and 0 pressed. The remote was working fine when I had it on 2.9.1 and using my HC300C as coordinator. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Cyknight
Did you change the mesh over? If so did you reboot after doing so?
ronlonnborg
Did do a reboot several time. Even restore my HC250 and loaded 2.9.1 and put my HC300 back in to the project. Reconfigured ZigBee and BOOM. SR250 remote identified and working. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Cyknight
So from here, do a zigbee mesh move, taking the HC300 out of that setup. Once you confirm it works after taht, you should b able to simply remove the HC300 and update.
