When doing the initial install some years back - I was not clever enough to ask about air-conditioning integration. So I bought a Samsung ducted solution with their Smart Appliance add on. This allows me to connect via a mobile phone app that allows me to connect over my home network, or if away via Samsung (feels similar to the C4 4sight solution). It all works reasonably well. But having it separate means I don't get any automation or integration via Control4. I have researched as far as I am able - there is a number of GitHub solutions (I think - https://github.com/openhab/openhab1-addons/issues/723) written in various languages eg node.js - but not a Lua solution (at least that I could find).
So two questions:
1) Is there a C4 driver for this sort of Samsung interface?
2) If not is there a "simple" way to use/convert one of the other language solution into a C4 solution? and if so, how? (maybe this is now three questions)
Please note - learning basis HE programming - and that is about the extent of my skills in this regard.
