Alemany Posted January 19, 2019 Share Posted January 19, 2019 I can't install this software as I get the following error message: "Sorry, an error has occurred. The application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem." I have checked all certificates on my keychain, nothing on adobe air or Control4. Deleted Adobe's just in case, no change. Uninstalled Adobe air and reinstalled it. Other Adobe Air apps run fine. Contrl4 wont install. Any ideas? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

blub Posted January 19, 2019 Share Posted January 19, 2019 Had that on windows once.After I deleted the software and AIR including the preference folders under the user folder (apps - roaming) it worked fine So just uninstallnit all and deleted the preferences files in ur mac folders- wherever those are :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Alemany Posted January 21, 2019 Author Share Posted January 21, 2019 The installer doesn't say what version it is. Is whatever is on the C4 website as of Friday when I downloaded it. The Director is version 2.10.5.554707, my Mac is 10.14.2, and no idea what version AIR is but I downloaded a fresh version from Adobe on Friday too. lippavisual Posted January 28, 2019 Share Posted January 28, 2019 Can Mac install Bluestacks? Its an Android emulator and can download the Android app version of C4.
