brucecampbell Posted January 20, 2019 Share Posted January 20, 2019 I just plugged in a USB drive into my NAS drive. It all got configured and the movies on it are visible on my home network. The network folder has been added to C4 A scan has added movies to my C4 media. I then did 'Refresh Navigators. I can now see the movies - but only in one room. Why? All my other movies are visible in all rooms which have a TV. What have I missed?? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

brucecampbell Posted January 20, 2019 Author Share Posted January 20, 2019 All good - resolved - We just missed a simple option: The new network share was visible in the 'Watch' list under the Navigator options, but not under the 'My Movies' list. The c4 controllers cannot play videos, only music. sorry - should have specified an old NetGear is used for playback. Issue was solely with seeing the new share movies for selection in the navigator.
