Session Expired

Hi, I keep getting this error message when trying to use When / Then.

Session Expired.  Your working session has expired. Please logout of the customer portal and log back in, then return to When / Then.

I've tried logging out and back in, doesn't work. I've tried using a different browser, that doesn't work either.  I've even tried a different computer and it doesn't work.

Any ideas?    Image or error below...

I am having the same issue using When>>Then.

I figured out if you power cycle your EA unit and then try to login again it should let you in.

EA Unit they're talking about is just your main controller, likely an EA series controller (EA-1, EA-3, EA-5), or maybe a CA-1 or CA-10.
