Somfy RTS shades no longer work with C4

Hi,

I don't know much about programming in c4. We had two Somfy RTS shades working with c4 through the URTSII module. We then installed a third shade and assigned it to a new channel on the URTSII ( 3 ). Obv this shade wouldn't work with c4 prior to the integrator coming on site but the two first ones that were installed months ago no longer work. 

Is there a quick fix for the moment or could you please enlighten me as to why they won't respond anymore ?

Make sure you turn the dial back to the 1 position for the commands to go through it properly as the commands are set for unit 1. If that's not it, I have seen channels stop working on those units, but it's usually at the multiple year mark.
