Looking for Tech II C4 Programmer for Part-time work

We are in immediate need of a back up programmer for our C4 jobs in the Los Angeles area and would like to supplement with a part-time programmer. We would like the ideal candidate to have the following skills:

(1) Level Tech II certification and expert trouble-shooting skills

(2) Can do attitude that can tackle any project and find a solution

(3) Reliable transportation to an from any jobs and a valid drivers license with a clean driving record

(4) Must be able to interact directly customers and work independently

(4) Flexible work hours (generally projects are between 9am and 7pm but there are exceptions)

We have a C4 Level I programmer already, but we really need someone that can bail him out for more complicated C4 installs or when he gives up on an issue he is having in the project. As this is a 1099 part-time position the right candidate would need to furnish their own tools and laptop. Hourly rate would depend on experience. We are a growing company so if we find the right candidate this person could always turn into a full time salaried position.
