Gary Leeds UK
Good day all, Any use the Phillip hue driver ? If so is it any good - at £175 for 3 bulbs just need to check the driver works before purchase. Cheers Gary
Cyknight
The EV Philips Hue driver works perfectly well.
Gary Leeds UK
Cyknight - does it work the same way as a switch ?
thecodeman
Not sure what you mean by that, as there are dimmers built into the bulb themselves.. here's some more info on it. http://www.extravegetables.com/products/philips-hue I thought I had seen a video of it from CEDIA, but can't seem to find a link. The bulbs are very bright, especially having to stand with them in the booth for a few days.
Cyknight
Yes they show up much like a switch/dimmer. EV recommends using a true dimmer to replace the 'main switch' to prevent lock-out, but it isn't required as such.
