troyfrezze
So I was flipping through the C4 store on my 800 the other night looking for any new app's and noticed a few app's I hadn't seen before. Some of them caught my eye, of which was the Screen Cleaner. An app that for 9.99 cleaned your touch screens. Also for 9.99 you could get Screen Cleaner Extra Strength or for 9.99 you could get the Lite version. I saw another app or two along these lines that I didn't notice before and was wondering if anyone else noticed these. While there are few "good" apps I feel in the C4 store, junk like this that provides no real detail to what it really does, advertizes for something it can really do and comes in three versions for the same price just make the store look bad. It may be an amazing app, I have no idea. Just curious if anyone knows anything about them or who at C4 to contact to question why the app's weren't reviewed. Cyknight
Not sure where you're looking, screen clearner's been around for some time and has several ratings and a few 'reviews' - it's also 99 cents, not 9.99. I prefer looking for things via the website from a computer though. Whether these are junk or not, or if the app store is, err..., limited is another question altogether. The control apps available are very good, so are some other specific function ones or those for devices (to find remotes for instance, VideoStorm's netplay or similar source specific ones),
CFUG
I remember when screen cleaner was free. I had both and got rid of both.

That's what caught my attention. No doubt there's some good app's in there and useful, but in this case I just didn't see any data on the screen cleaner app. Haven't looked it up online to see what it did or any other reviews or greater detail yet. I'll check the online store and see what is listed there.
