Theater Chairs

So...does anyone have any experience with one of the online retailers of theater chairs?

I'm struggling to find what I want locally, so having to go online.

 

Any feedback or recommendations would be great.  I'm looking at one row of 4 seats, and a second row of 5.

Never used them myself, but have had customers order through there and be very happy with this retailer in service as well as site function.

Or are you really asking for what seating to use? Because that's quite a different question. Two HOME theatre seat brands the above retailer sells that we've used are Octane and Palliser, with the latter having my personal preference.

 

Or look at the ACTUAL theatre seating these guys sell if you can/want to bolt down the seats for a 'true' theatre feel

I was looking in that site at both Octane and Palliser, so that's good feedback.

I did find one local place that may have some stock that I can sit in. I'm going to try that option today.

Hard to spend $7,500 on theater chairs that you can't sit in!

Yes, those clients that ordered checked at least some of the brand models before they ordered from there - again I never ordered from there myself, we have our own suppliers.

I'm leaving towards the Octane Boost. They're a nice big chair. I'm thinking to get 4 in the front row with a love seat in the middle. Back row is 5, with the two on either end being angled/curved.

Those seats look pretty sweet. They include storage and tray tables, which would be nice.

I ordered 8 Lane brand seats from theaterseatstore.com at around $400 a piece.  They work great, and easy to assemble.  It was a great site to work with and i receive many compliments on the seats.
